We recommend seeing an in-person provider if you:

  • Are 35+ and use tobacco
  • Have a history of:
    • Breast cancer, bariatric surgery, stroke, heart disease, cirrhosis, lupus
  • Are seeking: Depo-Provera, Phexxi, Temporary period delay, IUD, Nexplanon
  • Are currently pregnant

Virtual care could be a great fit if you:

  • Are a biological female of reproductive age
  • Can provide a recent blood pressure reading
  • Are looking for: Oral birth control pills, patch, vaginal ring, diaphragm,or internal condoms
  • Are starting something new or refilling what already works

  • You have fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, or pain in your back, sides, or abdomen
  • You notice unusual vaginal discharge

  • Are experiencing fever, chills, nausea, or vomiting
  • Have concerns about STIs or symptoms that don’t feel like BV
  • Notice vaginal lesions
  • Get recurrent BV (4+ times per year)
  • Your symptoms came back within 7 days of recent treatment
  • You’re currently pregnant or breastfeeding
