Urgent Care

Urgent care, without the urgency vibes. Our urgent care visits are here for those “I need to talk to someone now” moments. You’ll connect with a licensed provider who gets it — personalized care for the everyday curveballs your body likes to throw.

Who it’s for:

Adults 18+

We recommend seeing an in-person provider if you:

  • Are having serious symptoms like chest pain, palpitations, trouble speaking, slurred speech, sudden numbness, fainting, or difficulty breathing.
  • Need hands-on care for ear pain, dental pain, or a physical exam.
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding and need something beyond everyday support.
  • Are looking for controlled substances, durable medical equipment, or imaging orders (we can’t provide those via video).
  • Are seeking medications for pain, sleep, ADHD, or anxiety (those require in-person follow up).
  • Are suspect strep throat: many cases require in-person testing to confirm.

For the Girls is here for quick, accessible care when you need it. But if it’s urgent, severe, or requires testing or prescriptions we can’t safely give online, in-person is the way to go — because your health always comes first.

Cough, cold, sinus

Whether it’s a cough that won’t quit, sinus pressure, or that “am I getting sick?” feeling — our health team is here to help you feel better, fast (and from bed, if that’s where you are).

Who it’s for:

Adults 18+

Virtual care may be a great fit if:

  •   You’re dealing with sinus symptoms like runny nose, congestion, or a stuffy head that just won’t quit.
  •   You’ve got a cough or cold that’s making you miserable, but you don’t feel like it’s an emergency.
  •   You’re looking for quick relief strategies or guidance on whether antibiotics might be needed.

We recommend seeing an in-person provider if:

  •   You’re pregnant or breastfeeding and need tailored treatment.
  •   You’ve had 3 or more sinus infections in the past year.
  •   Your symptoms have lasted more than a month, or they keep coming back even after antibiotics.
  •   You’re having trouble breathing, that’s not just from congestion.
  •   You notice neck stiffness, changes in vision, or a fever higher than 101°F.
  •   You think it might be strep throat — many cases need in-person testing (but we can help guide you on next steps).

We’re here to make getting care for the not-so-glamorous colds and sinus flares easier, faster, and more supportive. If your symptoms call for in-person care, we’ll guide you — because feeling good again is the priority.

Virtual care may be a great fit if:

  •   Your eye is red, itchy, watery, or crusty (classic pink eye vibes).
  •   You’re dealing with mild irritation or discomfort that popped up recently.
  •   You just need quick relief and guidance without sitting in a waiting room.

We recommend you see an in-person provider if:

  •   You are pregnant or breastfeeding and need tailored support.
  •   You wear contact lenses (sometimes eye infections need closer attention).
  •   You’ve had a recent eye injury or trauma, or you’re worried something’s in your eye.
  •   You’ve had eye surgery in the last 2 months.
  •   You’re experiencing serious symptoms like blurred or changing vision, flashing lights, floaters, severe pain, redness spreading beyond the eye, or a fever with headache/nausea.

We’re here to help you sort out the annoying-but-common stuff (like pink eye) quickly and confidently. But if your symptoms are more serious, we’ll point you in the right direction for the safest care — because your eyes deserve nothing less.

Required for treatment:

Virtual care may be a great fit if:

  •   You’ve tested positive for COVID-19 and want guidance on next steps.
  •   You’re experiencing mild symptoms like sore throat, congestion, cough, body aches, or loss of taste/smell.
  •   You’re looking for advice on at-home care, quarantine guidelines, or whether medication might help.
  •   You’re not sure if your symptoms are COVID-19, allergies, or just a cold — and you’d like a provider’s input.

We recommend you see an in-person provider if:

  •   You are pregnant or breastfeeding and need specialized guidance.
  •   You are experiencing severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, confusion, or lips/face turning blue.
  •   You have underlying health conditions (like asthma, diabetes, or heart disease) and your symptoms are worsening.
  •   You have a fever of 103°F or greater that won’t come down or new, severe headaches with vision changes
  •   You have hepatitis, cirrhosis, elevated liver enzymes or severe renal impairment
  •   You feel too unwell to manage symptoms at home.

COVID can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re here to guide you with supportive, evidence-based care when it’s mild, and help you know when it’s time to get hands-on treatment. Your health and peace of mind come first.

Flu

Been around someone with the flu—like someone at home—but haven’t been tested yet? No worries. Just book a quick Video Visit with one of our health providers to talk through how you’re feeling and whether treatment makes sense for you. We’ve got you.

Virtual care may be a great fit if:

  •   You’ve come down with classic flu symptoms: fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or fatigue.
  •   You want to know whether you need antiviral medication (like Tamiflu) and how to get relief faster.
  •   You’re unsure if it’s the flu, a cold, or something else — and want a provider’s guidance.
  •   You’re mostly managing okay at home but want reassurance and a treatment plan.

We recommend you see an in-person provider if:

  •   You are pregnant or breastfeeding and need extra-safe treatment options.
  •   You are experiencing trouble breathing, chest pain, dizziness, or confusion.
  •   You have a high fever (over 101°F) that doesn’t improve or keeps coming back.
  •   Your symptoms are severe or worsening after a few days instead of improving.
  •   You have underlying health conditions (like asthma, heart disease, diabetes, or a weakened immune system).
  •   You’re unable to keep fluids down and are at risk of dehydration.

The flu can knock you flat — but you don’t have to tough it out alone. We’ll help you manage symptoms, decide if medication is right for you, and know when to get in-person care so you can recover faster and feel like yourself again.
